According to some residents of the town, who elected anonymity, there was an administrative order for civilians to open their shops and go about normal businesses on Monday January 8, 2024, a day imposed by non state actors as a ghost town. But businesses largely failed to respect this order.
today the administration decided to seal businesses that did not open and confiscated bikes that failed to circulate on the day.
