Rev Miki and Ayuk Elected Moderator and Synod Clerk of PCC

The Rev Miki Hans Abia and Rev. Ayuk Solomon have been elected as the Moderator and Synod Clerk of the Presbyterian Church in Cameroon.

Both men were elected earlier today in Buea. The Rev. Miki Hans was voted unopposed after the Rev. Njongai Polycarp bowed out of the race and threw his support behind him.

The Rev. Miki was born on the 13th November 1966 in Tombel, hails from Momo Division, in the Northwest Region. He has served the PCC as Synod clerk since 2019. He started his ministerial journey in 1993 when he received and accepted a call to the service of water and sacrament. He holds a master degree in Theology from PTS Kumba.

Rev. Ayuk Solomon Synod Clerk elect PCC

Elected to the position of the Synod Clerk that will work closely with the Moderator is the Rev Ayuk Solomon. He becomes the 12th Synod clerk of the Presbyterian Church in Cameroon. Rev. Ayuk was born on the 2nd August 1977.

Both men are charged with leading the PCC for the next five years. The Rev. Miki Hans takes over from the Rev. Fonki Samuel Forba who stepped down after 10 years. He will be expected to continue in the footsteps of his predecessor who has laid a solid foundation for the church to build on.

On his part, the Rev. Ayuk is stepping into the office previously held by the Rev. Miki Hans.
